John Maratea, Manager of North American Sales at Zmags–-the industry leading digital publishing platform company–came on the Over Quota blog to speak with me about his take on a number of things regarding recruiting and hiring sales people.

The answers to these questions, and lots more, are contained within this (unintentionally) 3 part interview. 2 audio clips, and one short video. Skype failed twice which caused the video to fail the first 2 times, leaving us with just the audio. (Somehow the sound quality is less crisp when that happens and I’m not sure why.) Andrew Warner uses Skype for his interviews and never seems to have a problem! Nonetheless, the value from John’s insight is still there, and that’s what’s most important.
